Please contact us for Fall 2024 rates and availability. We are currently booked until 9/20/2024. We typically book from Friday-Friday but we always try to accommodate, so please reach out to us for any questions. A Note on VRBO.com; VRBO.com charges an average of 10% of the nightly rate to guests and 8% to hosts. Our experience with their customer support has been very disappointing,to say the least. We are fully insured and available by phone/email nearly 24/7 during our guest's stay. VRBO.com makes direct communication with guests intentionally difficult. It's a reasonable website for some properties, but it just doesn't fit with our business model. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding this.

We accept bookings 12 months in advance.
- Memorial Weekend: May 24 - 27 (Friday - Monday) $5200 **Add Thursday and Tuesday for free if you book directly with us.
- $12,000 Per week for prime season (mid June - August)
- $7,800 Per week for early June and late August
- Labor Day Weekend: August 30 - Sept. 2 (Friday - Monday) $5200 **Add Tuesday for free if you book directly with us.
- $5800 Per week May, September, October.
